2. HAIR EXTENSIONS & BEAUTY PRODUCTS
2.1 Product Description & Quality

  • We provide high-quality, unprocessed, and raw hair extensions. Each bundle is unique and may vary slightly in texture and color.

  • All beauty products are sold as described on our website.

2.2 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file claims directly with the shipping provider.

2.3 Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions or beauty products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
3.1 Product Access & Delivery

  • Digital products, including templates, courses, and guides, will be delivered via email or an online portal after payment confirmation.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive your digital purchase.

3.2 No Refunds

  • All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

3.3 License & Usage

  • Digital products are for personal or business use only. Reselling, redistributing, or modifying our digital products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

4. PAYMENT & BILLING
4.1 All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.
4.2 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle.
4.3 Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.
